Don't cook food with strong odours (i.e. broccoli or fish)
Put any evidence of pets out of sight (inside and outside)
Leave house approximately 10 minutes before the showing. If you bump into the Realtor or Buyers please do not discuss anything with them. This could impede your negotiations. A simple Hello...Enjoy your showing...is fine. If they have questions you can direct them to me or to their Realtor for answers.
Don't park down the street - Realtors are good at identifying homeowners!
Sidewalks clear of snow (if winter), lawn mowed (if summer)
Beds made
Dirty laundry in hampers
Sinks and counters wiped down, towels folded nicely.
